"Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth." (Mark 9:23)
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God and inerrant in the original writings.
We believe that there is but one true and living God, eternally existing and manifested as ONE person and referred to as "the Godhead" in the Holy Bible: Father (in creation), Son (in redemption), and the Holy Ghost (who indwells every Spirit-filled, born-again child of God). Therefore, we believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ (who is the express image of the invisible God and that in Christ Jesus dwells all of the fullness of the Godhead bodily); we believe in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His precious blood which was shed for our sins and the sins of all mankind on the cross at Calvary; we believe in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to His original position of power and glory, and in the Second Coming of Christ to the earth. We believe "all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God"; therefore, all who have yet to obey God's plan of salvation through Jesus Christ are lost and must come to Christ and be saved by: 1) hearing the gospel (the good news) of Jesus Christ preached through a Holy Ghost-filled, sent-of-God preacher; 2) believing the gospel (the good news) of Jesus Christ (God's salvation plan through Jesus Christ); 3) repenting of one's sins; 4) obeying water baptism (by immersion) in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, which signifies the believer's death, burial, and resurrection into new life with Christ Jesus; and 5) receiving the infilling of the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. We believe that man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. We believe in regularly celebrating the holy ordinances and Holy Communion as commanded by our Lord.
We believe that God commands a life of true holiness and (agapē) love and it is imperative that ALL believers be filled with the Holy Ghost (as stated above), which enables one to live a holy and godly life. (It is impossible for any man, woman, boy or girl to live a holy life without God's help which is supplied through the infilling of the Holy Ghost.)
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the unsaved; those that are saved to the resurrection of eternal life and those that are unsaved to the resurrection of eternal damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of all true Holy Ghost-filled, born-again believers in Christ Jesus our Lord.
