That one Lord is our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. "Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:12) " It is written in both the Old and the New Testamen: “Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord…” Isaiah 44:6 tell us, "Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God."
The one faith is faith in our God and Saviour, Jesus Christ. "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” (Hebrews 11:1, 6) In the book of Jude 1:3, the writer calls it “the faith” (singular), not “the faiths” (plural).
All people of God are to be baptized by one baptism into one body of Christ. Water baptism (Acts 2:38) is in the matchless name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. So, the born-again experience is one and the same for all. "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." (John 3:5)
